revolveclothing is the best I've found. 80spurple is similar to standardstyle (mentioned above). Not sure this fits with the others, but ArmaniExchange is extremely fast. I have dozens more if you need them - I buy everything online.

Revolve is a good one--they're known to have a really big selection for men and women.

I don't know as far as men's online shopping goes but Toutie is a good place for discount codes for almost anywhere. It's a good point of reference to other online "boutiques" too.

There are always the old standards: Banana Republis and Xpress for men.

I still like BR and Xpress....I dunno if they will ever go out of style!

Almost all of my shirts are from Express or Threadless, except for a few band shirts, but you have to go to shows for those.
