The 100th reply to this Note. Felt much better this week. 10x better actually and I did the slow variation for first 4 sets.

Week 3, Day 3: 30,22,22,20,27

That was so hard. I'm doing week 3 again next week, and I might actually go down a level to make it a bit easier. I've struggled to get through these. Onward and upwards though. I really want to do this!

Week 3.5, Day 2: 27, 19, 19, 15, 26... uh oh!

I'll probably keep going on to week 4. I think my slip there is due to stresses of the past few weeks which should hopefully lessen soon.

Very nice, I think if I did something to my wrist during my Monday set cuz it has been killing me ever since so hopefully I can push through it.

No update from me since I was unable to do them yesterday. After Monday's set I felt as if I sprained a nerve or something in my wrist, tried to do them yesterday and it just hurt too bad. Going to try again later today and if that doesn't work I'll just get a brace and plow through them.

Careful. Don't plow so much that you do serious damage.

My ego will be seriously damaged if I don't keep up with the fellas.

Week 3.5, Day 3: 30, 22, 22, 20, 27.

Hard, but solid. On to week 4!

I think I'll be able to do up Day 2 today, wrist feeling better. Then I'll do Day 3 on Sunday and I guess work on a Tuesday rotation. Nice you made it through man! Celebration this weekend!

Week 3 take 2 day 1: 20,15,15,13,20

I'm running a few days late starting this week due to work stuff getting in the way, but I think I can stay on schedule for the next two weeks at least now. I did also go down a level because although I completed week 3 at the top level, it was at a level that was killing me, so I'll get week 3 and 4 out of the way at the middle level and see how the next test goes.

Week 4 Day 1: 27, 20, 20, 17, 27.

Towards the end when I can't do any more it doesn't feel like it's my arms that are giving out, but more like the rest of me is fighting the muscles in the arms. Definitely felt it today.

Nice man, I'll be restarting Week 3 today since the wrist seems to have healed up. Hope I didn't lose too much on my break.

Week 3, Day 1, Part III: 25, 17, 17, 15, 27

Pretty smooth, but felt a lil strain in the should blade so might have to adjust hand placement next time.

My left shoulder blade is not well after today's sets. It's not outright bothering me, but I really know it's there.

Weird I mine is my left shoulder blade as well. It's like we are going through pregnancy together with our sympathy pains.

Week 4 Day 2: 27, 21, 21, 18, 25.

Feeling the burn. Out of breath. Woo.

But you did em man, good job.

Week 3 Take 2 Day 2: 22,17,17,15,20

This was definitely easier when I was strictly keeping to schedule - sliding a day here and there and playing catch up doesn't work as well as doing it when it's supposed to happen for sure. I'm keeping at it though.

Week 3, Day 2, Part III: 27, 19, 19, 15, 36

Just be like me and repeat a week 3x in a row and you to can have impressive numbers!

Are you guys falling apart? Where the updates? I can't do my rep until I see success!

I'm running slightly late, but my week 3 take 2 day 3 will be tomorrow.

I'm fighting off an illness at the moment. I started my week 4 day 3 but failed miserably. Will retry maybe tomorrow, but I think I'll end up doing week 4 again.

Just done my week 3 take 2 day 3: 25,19,19,17,22

I will be starting week 4 on Tuesday.

Ok, This is Week 4.5 Day 1 for me.

30,20,20,17,27 I messed up and did 30 instead of 27 to start with. But, hey, that can't hurt.

Week 3, Day 3, Part III: 30, 22, 22, 20, 27

Moving on to week 4 finally either Wed or Thurs.

Week 4, Day 1: 22,16,16,14,22

Week 4.5 day 2: 27,21,21,18,25

These are not getting any easier.

Starting my week 4 today so this should be interesting. Not that much of a leap from wee 3, it seems the odd number weeks are when you get a jump.

Week 4 day 3: 30, 22, 22, 20, 29.

Redid the test today for week 5. I only got to 31, so I'm on column one now? Obviously I'm not doing something right. I'll start week 5 tomorrow.

That is weird you only popped out 31, sounds like a bad day to me.

Week 5 day 1, failure. 30, 24, 22, 20, 20. Last one was supposed to be a minimum of 30, and this is the easiest level.

My strength seems to be failing me, I'm not sure how far back I should go to make progress now. For now I'm going to continue on this week to see how far I can get, and next week decide where to rewind to.

Was worried with the amount of days I took off that my arms would not be up to it, but it wasn't that bad.

Week 5 day 2: 15, 14, 12, 10, 30

I will test again saturday evening, then redo week 5 hopefully at a higher level.
