&lt;p&gt;...and with that, Fuscom believes he will not go back to week 3, 2 or 1, nor gripe about how outrageously bad this set was, while stressing about the next set being even harder looking, but rather, he will gracefully exit this competition. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;While I will no doubt continue to work out, and will probably add pushups to the routine, I have come to realize that the quest for 100 in one continuous set is an unrealistic goal for me. There's a reason why I was a fullback and not a wide receiver. There's a reason why I can cycle for 10 miles, but no way I could even begin to fathom even a fun run of the same distance. There's a reason why I hit the links on the dawn of a fresh Saturday morning instead of strapping up the laces to hit the pavement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm simply not built for this. I ain't trying to be all Rocky 6 or Brett Favre either. Besides, I got things to do.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So carry on brave soldiers, I'm outtie and content in the fact that I did 111 pushups in one day.
